VP of Strategy and Operations

The VP of Strategy and Operations role is onsite in Springfield, MO; compensation is not specified. This position improves strategic decision-making and execution by helping leaders frame priorities, evaluate opportunities, and translate decisions into clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and an operating cadence. It also leads selected cross-functional initiatives from discovery and testing through handoff to functional leaders.

What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO and functional leaders to frame strategic questions, assess assumptions and trade-offs, and prioritize opportunities using data and research.
• Lead early discovery, analysis, testing, and business case development for selected initiatives.
• Own leadership planning and operating cadence, including quarterly priorities, weekly meetings, follow-through, metrics, and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities and support continuous improvement in decision-making and execution.
