The Senior Staff Product Engineer – Mixed-Signal Timing role is onsite in Tempe, AZ, with an annual base salary range of $135,000–$165,000. The role leads product engineering from concept through end-of-life, coordinating with design, test, quality, operations, applications, suppliers, and customers to qualify products, support manufacturing release, improve yield, and maintain product quality and performance.
What you'll do
- Own product engineering through the product lifecycle
- lead ATE test, qualification, and manufacturing strategies
- drive NPI and production release
- maintain datasheets, compliance documentation, and BOMs
- manage supplier and customer excursions
- analyze yield and implement corrective actions
- report product metrics
- mentor product engineering team members.
