What you'll do

• Provide courteous customer service
• troubleshoot technical and customer service issues
• install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices
• instruct customers and support staff
• document incidents and solutions
• coordinate with other teams and escalate issues
• configure and install IT systems
• prepare installation schedules, packages, and site documentation
• coordinate post-installation support
• track hardware inventory and provide weekly status reports.
