Fraud Operations Specialist

The specialist reviews alerts and high-risk transactions, investigates suspicious activity, contacts clients to validate payment intent, and escalates suspected fraud under established procedures. The role also uses treasury controls and partners with Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Operations, Client Services, and Fraud teams to protect clients and the bank while supporting timely transaction decisions.

What you'll do

• Monitor fraud alerts and system notifications
• analyze high-risk transactions and identify unusual patterns
• investigate flagged transactions using transaction history, entitlements, approvals, and client profiles
• contact clients to validate payment requests
• document findings and escalate suspected fraud
• use treasury fraud controls
• review limit increases and high-value money movement requests
• advise clients and internal partners on fraud risks and controls.
