What you'll do

• Prepare entrees and menu items using established recipes
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage
• follow HACCP and sanitation requirements
• assist the Food Service Director with production records and documentation
• assist with employee cross-training
• may oversee food service associates as assigned.
