The Saw Operator — 2nd Shift role is an onsite position in Arlington, TX, paying $17 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. VIP Staffing is hiring for a manufacturing facility. The operator sets up and runs industrial saws to cut materials to specification, verifies work against orders, and maintains production and traceability records. The role supports accurate, safe production and quality checks.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate industrial saws
• measure materials and program cutting lengths
• track production counts
• verify materials against work orders and identification tags
• perform routine preventative maintenance
• complete production paperwork, cut sheets, and traceability tags
• submit first-piece samples to Quality Control
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
