Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift - Long Term Care in Hoople, ND. This is a full-time, onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. This role exists to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring their health, comfort, and safety through skilled assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
• Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks.
• Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
