What you'll do

• Assist with setup of the NxStage or Tablo dialysis machine
• keep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe
• offer companionship and emotional reassurance
• help the patient stay on schedule with treatments
• provide light activities-of-daily-living support as needed
• monitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse
• maintain simple documentation and shift notes.
