The Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in patients’ homes in Abilene, TX, with flexible scheduling and local travel. Pay is $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience and assignment. The role provides specialized infusion care to patients in their homes. The nurse delivers safe, prescribed infusion therapy and monitors patients throughout treatment. Patient assessment, education, documentation, and communication with the pharmacy, physicians, case managers, and clinical team support continuity and safety of care.

What you'll do

• Provide home infusion therapy, including IV medications, biologics, IVIG, antibiotics, hydration, and other prescribed therapies
• assess patients before, during, and after infusions
• manage peripheral IV access and care for PICC lines, ports, and other vascular access devices within scope and competency. Monitor for adverse reactions, verify medication and orders, educate patients and caregivers, communicate condition changes, document visits, maintain infection-control and medication-safety standards, track supplies, and travel throughout the Abilene service area.
