What you'll do

• Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and other referral sources
• educate healthcare professionals and the community about hospice services, eligibility, and benefits
• conduct sales calls and outreach visits across the Cincinnati area
• represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
• collaborate with the clinical team on referrals and admissions
• track marketing activity, referral trends, and territory growth
• develop territory-specific marketing strategies.
