Residential Direct Support Professional

The Residential Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with compensation of $15 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one assistance, guidance, mentoring, coaching, and teaching in activities of daily living, personal care, life skills, community integration, and transportation navigation
• provide direct support, interaction, and supervision
• assist with meals, personal care, transportation, leisure activities, community integration, medical needs, and medication administration
• maintain required current CPR/First Aid, Mandt Systems, and medication technician certifications
• meet the stated driver, experience, background, and physical requirements.

Why this role
