What you'll do

• Prepare pureed and texture-modified meals according to resident dietary requirements
• follow recipes, menus, portion sizes, and preparation guidelines
• ensure correct texture and consistency
• follow meal tickets and diet orders
• monitor food temperature and quality
• follow food safety, sanitation, infection-control, and kitchen-safety procedures
• maintain a clean work area
• label, store, rotate, and handle food
• assist with other dietary duties as needed
• coordinate with cooks, aides, nursing staff, and facility leadership.
