What you'll do

• Assess and monitor health concerns
• perform screenings and nursing assessments
• monitor vital signs, medication effectiveness, and side effects
• administer medications and treatments, including IM injections, according to orders
• oversee medication ordering, storage, administration, and documentation
• coordinate care with providers, families, and community supports
• participate in individualized treatment and recovery plans
• provide health education and staff training
• complete clinical records
• respond to urgent medical and behavioral health situations
• participate in an on-call rotation as required.
