Member Services Representative — Weekend Evening

The Member Services Representative role is onsite in Sandy, UT, for $12–$16 per hour. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. The role supports Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by providing customer service and maintaining a welcoming club environment. The representative greets and checks in members, answers phones, assists with tours and sign-ups, responds to questions, and processes purchases and membership updates. The role also includes cleaning and maintaining the front desk, lobby, exercise equipment, and other club areas.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests

• assist with membership cards, address changes, and billing or payment questions
