Description

Provide inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including botulinum toxin and phenol injections, intrathecal baclofen pumps, trigger-point injections, EMGs, and MSK ultrasound. Work collaboratively with a team of specialists. Participate in CARF-approved TBI, stroke, and general rehab programs.
