What you'll do

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
• coordinate quarterly and annual reporting
• prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosures under U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• manage disclosure checklists
• coordinate information across functions
• liaise with external auditors
• support earnings releases
• review XBRL tagging
• support internal controls and SOX compliance
• monitor regulatory changes and improve reporting processes.
