What you'll do

• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions
• advise investors, funds, and public and private companies
• handle equity financings and venture capital investments
• draft, review, and negotiate agreements
• assist with structuring, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and closing
• counsel on governance and securities
• coordinate transaction stakeholders
• and develop client relationships.
