Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Haskell, TX, at a workforce accommodation community. Pay is $34–$39 per hour. Cobalt Equipment is staffing a new community and its facilities team. The role exists to lead maintenance operations and help keep the community’s facilities and systems functioning. The supervisor assigns work orders, manages preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordinates parts and outside vendors, and schedules the maintenance and HVAC/electrical team.

• Prioritize and assign work orders

• respond quickly to urgent repairs.
