What you'll do

• Assist with pastry, dessert, and baked-goods preparation and production
• follow recipes and Head Pastry Chef guidelines
• measure ingredients and use pastry techniques consistently
• prepare plated-dessert components
• bake, decorate, and finish pastries and desserts to presentation standards.
