What you'll do

• Provide first-level help-desk and desktop support
• troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software, network connectivity, and user-access issues
• set up, configure, deploy, and replace computers and peripherals
• support Microsoft 365, printers, scanners, and Active Directory tasks
• document and resolve tickets
• follow IT security procedures and escalate concerns
• assist with technology projects and explain solutions to users.
