The Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) Administrative Associate role is onsite in Shafter, CA, and is part-time hourly. Pay is $19 per hour. The position supports Grow Public Schools’ ELOP leadership team and program operations. The associate helps keep daily program administration organized by supporting community communication, student enrollment and records, recruitment and onboarding events, and office coordination. The role may also take over a classroom when an activity leader is absent.

What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for community members, prospective parents, and staff
• assist with student enrollment and database updates
• maintain records and data for required reports
• support parent information sessions and open enrollment events
• assist with employee recruitment events, interviews, and onboarding
• prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, bulletins, and memorandums
• translate documents as required
• assist with office duties
• may take over a classroom when an activity leader is absent.
