HVAC Service Supervisor

Job overview

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and support HVAC technicians and apprentices
• assist with recruiting and onboarding
• provide technical guidance and troubleshoot difficult calls
• coordinate service-call scheduling and manage the on-call rotation and after-hours coverage
• inspect completed work and review callbacks
• handle customer escalations
• enforce safety and compliance requirements
• oversee inventory, vehicles, tools, and equipment
• track service metrics and report results to management.
