What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategies to increase referrals, admissions, and facility census
• build relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, assisted living communities, and healthcare providers
• represent the facility at community events, networking opportunities, and professional meetings
• develop social media, digital, print, and community outreach campaigns
• collaborate with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, and leadership team
• monitor referral trends and marketing performance and identify growth opportunities.

Why this role
