Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is onsite in Leominster, MA. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. The schedule is 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The role supports Renovation Brands’ manufacturing operations and product shipments. The associate helps maintain accurate inventory and ensures products and materials are inspected, packed, staged, and shipped on time. Receiving, warehouse organization, and handling returns or damaged products support reliable production and delivery workflows.

What you'll do

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against records
• inspect and count freight before departure
• document shortages
• prepare inventory worksheets
• coordinate the daily shipping timetable
• pick, pack, stage, and label shipments
• move shipments with hand trucks or plant equipment
• maintain inventory and perform cycle counts
• organize the warehouse
• unload and inspect deliveries
• process returns and damages and repair or re-box products as needed.
