Compensation is $55,000–$85,000 per year. The Sales Representative - No Experience Required role is an onsite position based in Boise, ID. This role exists to manage an existing portfolio of 5,000 business clients while developing new relationships through referrals and leads. The representative will also supervise team performance and contribute to training and leadership development efforts to ensure effective execution of business goals.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B).
• Supervise team performance and provide necessary guidance.
• Train and mentor incoming team members on company systems and processes.
• Track daily field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM.
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and leadership development efforts.
