What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, site conditions, and bid requirements
• clarify scope, exclusions, and assumptions. Perform takeoffs for planting, irrigation, masonry, walls, walkways, patios, and site preparation
• develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• review bids for completeness, accuracy, and margin
• maintain the Bid Board and estimate records
• support estimating procedures, reporting, and personnel development when assigned
• and coordinate awarded estimates with project management and operations.
