Inventory Specialist – First Shift

The Inventory Specialist – First Shift role is onsite in Houston, TX, with pay of $19 per hour. The role supports inventory fulfillment and operational workflow at QUASENT INC. Coordination with internal departments and accurate shipping and reconciliation help maintain inventory availability for internal and field needs.

What you'll do

• Perform inventory cycle counts
• receive products and enter inventory data into the ERP system
• organize inventory documentation
• communicate fulfillment needs and updates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality, and the Executive Committee
• participate in quality and performance improvement
• manage inventory activity in NetSuite
• package and ship products
• complete weekly restock orders
• fulfill, package, ship, and reconcile loaners
• clean or disinfect returned field inventory as required.
