What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils by machine or hand
• operate dishwashing equipment safely
• empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas
• clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
• sweep, mop, and wipe surfaces
• keep dishwashing and storage areas organized and supplies stocked.
