Concierge – Evening Shift

Village Green’s concierge team is the first point of contact at its apartment communities. The concierge welcomes residents and guests, provides information and assistance, and supports leasing and front-desk operations during off hours. The role helps maintain a professional, orderly lobby and a positive resident and guest experience.

What you'll do

• Greet residents and guests
• recommend community attractions and local amenities
• provide brochures, floor plans, and other materials
• complete guest cards and mini tours
• act on behalf of leasing during off hours
• retrieve resident packages and provide refreshments
• maintain the concierge binder and lobby materials
• use the internet to provide information
• keep the front desk, lobby, and applicable storage areas orderly
• prepare incident reports and related documentation
• follow fair housing policies
• communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality.
