What you'll do

• Provide personalized client care
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• monitor medications as required
• maintain a clean living environment and follow safety protocols
• document care activities using EVV systems
• communicate with residents and families about care plans and needs
• contribute to individualized care plans
• drive clients to appointments or community activities as needed.
