What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of four to five engineers
• remain hands-on with architecture and implementation
• partner with product, design, clinical leadership, data, and compliance
• set technical and product direction for the clinician-facing quality platform
• build AI-assisted workflows for notes and coaching insights
• and measure care quality, patient outcomes, retention, and clinician effectiveness.
