What you'll do

• Lead and support program teams through clinical supervisors and managers
• oversee agency operations and contribute to procedures, reports, and plans
• maintain program quality, effectiveness, and profitability
• recommend program expansion and changes
• ensure compliance with CARF standards, BHSD/Medicaid regulations, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2
• support evidence-based treatment and program fidelity
• consult with clients and staff on problems, grievances, and critical incidents
• maintain program documentation
• provide and schedule after-hours on-call clinical services for residential programs
• provide clinical services as required
• participate in reviews, audits, site visits, and evaluations.
