Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal photo operations, team development, sales, and guest service. The role helps ensure families have a smooth and memorable Santa visit and photo experience.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
