What you'll do

• Oversee health and wellness department functions and resident care
• supervise, hire, evaluate, and train staff
• represent nursing to licensing agencies
• coordinate admission assessments
• monitor resident health and physician orders
• manage medication and treatment records
• communicate with families, physicians, and staff
• ensure staffing and emergency readiness
• and participate in the Manager on Duty rotation.
