Mine Foreman – Underground Mining

The Mine Foreman role is onsite at a project location 65 miles outside Elko, NV, on a seven-days-on/seven-days-off rotation, typically with minimum 12-hour days. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance

• manage direct-report performance, attendance, productivity, and work quality
• recognize and discipline workers fairly
• coordinate production planning with project managers
• work with the Maintenance Foreman on equipment reliability
• share knowledge and support team learning.
