What you'll do

• Advise newly acquired and existing affiliates
• implement core business applications, including Aspire
• document and standardize operational processes
• champion Best Management Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and business workflows
• evaluate software solutions
• document business requirements and workflows
• participate in user acceptance testing
• support API and systems integration projects
• coach affiliate teams and track integration milestones
• report on go-live timelines, satisfaction scores, and workflow standardization
• travel to affiliate and branch locations as needed.
