What you'll do

• Handle trademark, copyright, and advertising matters, including counseling, prosecution, and contentious matters
• represent clients before courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Copyright Office, and National Advertising Division
• advise clients on intellectual property and related issues
• collaborate with attorneys across the IP practice.
