Program Quality Assistant

What you'll do

• Review youth client files for completeness and accuracy
• track findings and follow-up
• help staff correct documentation deficiencies
• support licensure reviews and external audits
• organize compliance records
• research and summarize regulatory requirements
• collect and review program outcome data
• prepare basic reports
• and monitor supervision documentation and completion rates.

Why this role

A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Prior experience in youth-serving organizations, government programs, or social services is a plus. Site visits to program locations may be part of the role.
