What you'll do

• Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and medical gas systems if applicable
• troubleshoot and repair carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general building issues
• assist with installation and safe operation of specialized medical or rehabilitation equipment
• respond to and document work orders
• follow hospital safety regulations, infection-control protocols, and building codes
• assist with maintenance supply inventory
• and coordinate with facilities, clinical staff, and leadership.
