What you'll do

• Process paying and receiving transactions and basic client service requests
• engage clients in basic financial-needs conversations and make appropriate recommendations and referrals
• provide courteous service
• maintain teller cash drawer accuracy and balance it daily
• support outbound calling and branch sales strategies
• assist with branch opening and end-of-day processes
• support onboarding and job-shadowing for new associates
• follow security, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements
• attend coaching and required training.
