Cash Application Specialist

What you'll do

• Process physical checks and customer payments in NetSuite
• match remittance information to open invoices
• research payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash
• investigate customer accounts, payment history, credits, short and overpayments, and exceptions
• support reconciliations
• correct upstream Accounts Receivable data issues
• maintain accurate transaction records
• collaborate with Collections, Billing, and other Accounts Receivable team members.
