What you'll do

• Lead downstream technical work for late-stage and commercial GMP manufacturing
• author validation protocols, reports, and technical assessments
• collect and analyze process data
• present work
• collaborate on technical challenges
• support manufacturing investigations and process improvements
• conduct root-cause analyses and propose corrective and preventive actions
• manage contract manufacturing relationships
• support technical transfers and scale-up
• perform laboratory-scale studies as needed.
