Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Denham Springs, LA, with a Monday–Friday attendance requirement. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, and other channels

• process orders, returns, and service requests
• maintain accurate records
• coordinate with technicians, management, and internal departments
• use Google Workspace and cloud scheduling software
• identify process improvements
• safely operate forklifts to load and unload warehouse materials and shipments.
