Regional Industrial Maintenance Technician, Warehouse

What you'll do

• Lead maintenance execution and serve as a technical escalation point for assigned sites
• direct, coach, and develop site maintenance technicians
• provide hands-on vacancy coverage and support onboarding
• participate in rotating after-hours and weekend support
• audit work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose complex failures and perform or support electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, dock, building, and material-handling equipment repairs
• coordinate vendors and verify work
• support capital projects
• maintain regional tools, parts, and equipment readiness
• enforce safety and food-safety policies
• travel throughout the assigned region, including overnight stays when required.
