Real Estate Agent — Buyers, Showings, and Listings

The Real Estate Agent role is onsite in Lincoln, NE. What you'll do

• Show homes to buyers
• work with buyer clients from consultation through closing
• identify client needs and property criteria
• prospect and follow up with leads
• build and manage a real estate pipeline
• develop homeowner relationships and pursue listings
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and appointments
• coordinate vendors and property appointments
• maintain CRM notes
• participate in training, coaching, prospecting, and accountability.
