Direct Care Worker

The Direct Care Worker is an onsite role in Monaca, PA, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. The worker provides support in the client’s community group homes through Flagstar Nursing. The role assists residents with personal care and daily living, provides social and emotional support, and reports resident information to the House Manager. What you'll do

• Provide assistance with hygiene, grooming, feeding, and supervision of daily activities
• transport residents to medical appointments and community events
• manage between one and six group-home residents per shift
• maintain a clean and healthy environment
• report resident activity daily
• and provide social and emotional support.
