What you'll do

• Set up and break down rooms according to Banquet Event Orders, including tables, chairs, staging, and décor
• place furniture and equipment safely
• maintain clean and organized banquet and storage areas
• inspect event spaces before, during, and after functions
• assist with light equipment maintenance and report issues
• respond to guest and team requests
• restock supplies and communicate inventory needs
• coordinate with banquet captains, servers, kitchen, AV, and housekeeping
• uphold safety standards.
