What you'll do

• Welcome patients and provide customer service
• coordinate preventive care and identify care gaps
• collect and document vitals, medical history, and chief complaints
• administer immunizations, draw blood, and perform basic tests as directed
• assist providers with exams and procedures
• update pharmacy and immunization records
• conduct vision and hearing screenings as needed
• schedule follow-ups
• maintain exam rooms and program logs
• follow protocols and HIPAA requirements
• participate in care team meetings.
