What you'll do

• Manage and analyze documents and files for real estate transactions
• maintain calendars and schedule closings and contract deadlines
• assist with discovery, closing documents, closings, and post-closing coordination
• conduct title review and support insurance underwriting and policy work
• answer phones and provide support to attorneys and paralegals.
