What you'll do

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve general liability bodily injury, property damage, and professional liability claims, with or without attorney involvement
• analyze coverage, liability, and damages
• communicate with policyholders, claimants, and witnesses
• refer potentially fraudulent claims to SIU
• pursue third-party subrogation where applicable
• comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
